I have never once seen a packing slip not go directly into the garbage, so to avoid paper waste, I don't include them in your package. Your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails will happily serve as your proof of purchase!

No; unfortunately we don't have the capability to do this at the moment. Customers are responsible for any tariffs, customs, and/or duties that may be incurred in connection with your purchase.

Media Mail will only appear if your order consists ONLY of books, due to restrictions on this type of postage from the US Postal Service. If you have a mixed cart of books and non-book items, I suggest doing 2 separate checkouts in order to get the cheapest ship rate.

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. How long it takes for your order to get to you once it's in the hands of the shipping carrier will be based on the shipping method you selected at checkout. Every shipping method except for USPS First Class Mail comes with tracking information so you can stay abreast of its progress!
